Bid process: Ours is complete and transparent, specifying the best possible product at the best possible price while not sacrificing quality. With proper planning up front, the bid you receive from Hakes and Robrock Builders, can have listed all your needs and wants. No need to upgrade, it will already be in the “spec’s!“
Financing: We will work with you to design your dream home with-in your budget. With over 50 years of combined experience and knowledge of the financing process, we will be with you to help determine best options for financing your home during construction and after.
